We are seeking dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Boise, Idaho. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently and safely. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming merchandise.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following guidelines.
