We are expanding our operations in San Francisco, California, and seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics hub, ensuring seamless handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing, and preparing shipments. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will be performing tasks that involve regular Lifting and manual handling, so physical fitness is a must. Safety is our highest priority; all employees are required to adhere strictly to all safety regulations and utilize the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and products.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks safely.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to excellent customer service are beneficial.
