Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order sheets.
- Pack orders with care to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for pickup by shipping carriers.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent work.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
- Use all designated PPE as required by the job.
- Perform various manual tasks including lifting and moving goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and fulfillment procedures.
- Ability to handle frequent physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dedication to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE .
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
