Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, Arizona! We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and prepping orders for shipment, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring that our products are handled with care and precision. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We require all associates to adhere strictly to safety protocols and to use the provided PPE correctly. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming stock.
  • Picking products based on order specifications.
  • Packing items securely for shipment.
  • Preparing orders for delivery.
  • Stocking and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assisting with inventory counts and checks.
  • Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Properly using all required PPE .
  • Performing moderate to heavy lifting as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics .
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
