Join our dedicated team to prioritize health and wellness. The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for generating both ad hoc and routine reports, as well as datasets for various end-users using advanced system tools, database queries, and scripts. You will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Clinical Strategy and Practice. In this role, you will: Leverage extensive experience in health data analysis, utilizing strong technical skills on modern data platforms to transform complex data into actionable insights for clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
Design and maintain report templates, information dashboards, data generators, and other user-friendly information portals to enhance data accessibility.
Develop detailed specifications for reports based on specific business requirements.
Utilize your expertise to drive meaningful impact. Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in data reporting.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to connect pivots to external data sources, create pivot tables, and summarize data effectively in reports and dashboards.
Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, SQL, Python, and SAS.
Experience handling large and complex datasets, particularly in healthcare environments.
Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Proficiency in building and optimizing data pipelines and models using Snowflake and Databricks.
Previous experience in system analytics or data warehousing is advantageous.
Scheduled Hours: 8am-5pm EST Remote work available with 5% travel required. As part of our hiring process, we will utilize innovative interviewing technology from a third-party vendor to enhance our recruitment process. If selected to advance in the application, you will receive an invitation for a pre-recorded voice interview or an SMS text messaging interview. Anticipate the pre-recorded interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes and the SMS text interview to last around 5-10 minutes. Your responses will be carefully reviewed before moving forward to the next interview stage. To support efficient remote working, employees must ensure that their self-provided internet service meets the following requirements: A minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps; we recommend a wired cable or DSL connection.
Connections via satellite, cellular, or microwave must be approved by management.
Employees working from California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive bi-weekly internet expense reimbursements.
Humana provides appropriate phone equipment based on job requirements.
Work from a dedicated space free of disruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

The estimated starting base pay for this full-time position ranges from $73,400 to $100,100 per year, dependent on geographic location and individual experience. This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus incentive plan. Benefits Overview:
