Responsibilities
• Own end to end design/delivery and the technical work across mobile, APIs, and integrations; translate business goals into clear architecture, designs and increments. • Mobile leadership: guide React Native builds, offline sync, push notifications, deep links, secure storage, and app store release pipelines. • API & integration architecture: design/consume REST/GraphQL, define versioning and error contracts, implement OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, and standardize webhooks/event driven patterns; steward internal SDKs where needed. • Operational excellence: drive CI/CD, automated testing (unit/UI/E2E/contract), observability, and on call/incident practices to meet reliability and security objectives. • Partner with Product/UX/Support to shape requirements, wireframes, and rollout plans; ensure client performance, accessibility, and measurable customer impact. • Engineering best practices: code reviews, documentation, style guides (API and UI), and post mortems; unblock teams with hands on contributions when needed.
