Key Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Delivery Manager: * Lead and support a team of Project Managers working across multiple, short-lived projects * Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards * Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to align scheduling, resources, and priorities * Maintain clear project planning, documentation, and communication throughout the delivery process * Oversee on-site quality control and health & safety compliance * Conduct regular 1:1s and drive a positive, accountable team culture * Monitor project performance using in-house software and present key statistics to the management team * Build strong professional relationships with clients, resolving issues effectively and identifying commercial opportunities * Escalate resource or performance concerns where needed * Ensure accurate and timely reporting and adherence to company policies * This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll balance leadership, strategic planning, and operational delivery.
