Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of goods within our logistics hub. Responsibilities include a range of warehouse activities such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming merchandise accurately.
  • Pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Stage orders for outbound transportation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures relevant to logistics operations.
  • Properly wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Tasks involve regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Basic understanding of logistics principles.
