Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure correct product matches.
- Package orders securely and efficiently for safe transit.
- Label shipments correctly and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area within the fulfillment center.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and packing stations.
- Participate in inventory management processes, including cycle counts.
- Follow all fulfillment and logistics safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual dexterity tasks.
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to use PPE.
