Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling customer orders accurately, packing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are required to follow strict safety guidelines and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform lifting of packages up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but we are happy to provide training for motivated candidates. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform lifting duties up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
