We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate for our facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving the efficient handling of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, and packing and shipping them out. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is paramount. All employees are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety procedures to prevent accidents. This position involves regular physical activity, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and wearing required PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
