Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Assist in shipping preparations, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training available).
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to supervision.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable.
- Physical ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for the entire shift.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
