Are you a highly accurate and efficient individual seeking an Order Picker position in Orlando, Florida? We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our busy logistics warehouse. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive exactly what they ordered, on time and in perfect condition. This position requires attention to detail, speed, and a strong commitment to safety within a dynamic warehouse environment. You will be an integral part of our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Read order tickets and accurately pick the correct items from warehouse shelves.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and confirm picked items.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damage.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage completed orders for quality control and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient operations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as directed.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is advantageous. Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. This role involves significant physical activity within a fast-paced logistics setting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.
