Job Summary:
Become our next Inventory Control Specialist in Richmond, Virginia! This pivotal role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor stock levels and report on stock status to management.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, put-away, and picking of inventory.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally. Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. We are looking for someone dedicated to maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and contributing to overall operational efficiency.
