We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be integral to ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently, meeting our high standards for customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including picking items, packing orders, preparing shipments, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily fulfillment goals. Our commitment to safety is unwavering; all associates are required to adhere to stringent safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and mastering safe lifting techniques, to maintain a secure and accident-free workplace. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking of inventory.
  • Maintain organized and clean work stations and the overall warehouse.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including PPE requirements.
  • Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent work.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards in a logistics setting.

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is beneficial.
