We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our busy warehouse in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in our logistics operations by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to teamwork. You will contribute directly to our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers by ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time. Maintaining a safe working environment is a top priority for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Package products securely and efficiently for safe transit.
- Use scanning equipment to track inventory and order status.
- Verify order contents against customer requirements.
- Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment role is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
