Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where you'll play a vital role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
  • Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as required.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we provide training.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety glasses and gloves.
  • Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations is beneficial.
