Become a vital part of our logistics operation as a Warehouse Associate in Provo, Utah. This role is essential for the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including order picking, packing, staging, and loading/unloading trucks. A commitment to accuracy, speed, and safety is paramount. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team environment. You will utilize various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, so prior experience or a willingness to learn is a plus. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting and movement throughout the warehouse. Your attention to detail will ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently, meeting our high standards for customer satisfaction. We emphasize a strong safety culture, requiring adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or other designated equipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Stage products for shipment, ensuring proper routing and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, safely and effectively.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina for lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE in logistics.
