Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina! We are seeking motivated individuals to perform a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. You will contribute to a safe and productive work environment, ensuring that our inventory is managed accurately and orders are fulfilled promptly. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and the proper use of PPE .
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
