We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to handle a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics chain. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses good manual dexterity, and is committed to maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages for shipment according to company and carrier requirements.
- Process and stage outgoing shipments for various carriers.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
- Put away received stock into designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and participate in cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and the use of PPE .
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
