About
Experienced Forklift Operators are needed for our Los Angeles, California distribution center. This role is critical for the efficient movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment within our fast-paced logistics environment. The successful candidate will be proficient in operating various types of forklifts and possess a deep understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. Your skills are essential to our supply chain effectiveness. Safety is paramount, and all operators must rigorously adhere to Safety regulations and wear all required PPE. Key responsibilities:
- Operating forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve inventory within the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Performing pre-operation checks and basic maintenance on forklifts.
- Assisting with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Requires a minimum of X years of forklift experience and the ability to perform heavy Lifting, up to 70 pounds, as needed.
- Working collaboratively with the logistics team to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Properly documenting all movements and transactions.
