We emphasize a strong Safety culture and require all associates to be mindful of their surroundings and adhere to all safety standards, including the mandatory use of PPE. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Storing goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking and packing orders for shipment.
- Operating warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
- Assisting with cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Adhering to all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements in our logistics hub.
