Join our growing logistics team in the vibrant city of Seattle, Washington! We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks critical to our supply chain, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and preparing items for shipment, and maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment. You will be trained on and expected to safely operate various warehouse equipment, contributing to the efficient movement of goods. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, and all employees must adhere to our rigorous safety standards and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle tasks involving frequent and substantial Lifting. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a reliable, hardworking individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are committed to providing comprehensive training to motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts after training).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
