Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using a handheld scanner and picking lists.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to **safety** standards.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Utilize **PPE** as required for specific tasks and the general warehouse environment.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including stocking and receiving.
- Must be comfortable with frequent **Lifting** of up to 35 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and **logistics** operations.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to **safety** and proper use of **PPE**.
