Join our fast-paced warehouse environment as a Picker/Packer in Miami, Florida! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders. Your responsibilities will include locating items in the warehouse, using scanning equipment to track inventory, assembling orders, and preparing them for shipment. Quality control is essential; you'll ensure that products are correctly identified and packed securely to prevent damage during transit. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift and may need to perform moderate Lifting of items. Adherence to strict Safety guidelines is mandatory, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety vests and gloves. Understanding basic inventory management principles is beneficial. This position is key to our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
