Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Security Guard Instructor role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Security Guard Instructor will be responsible for conducting a 40-hour course to train security guards in interpersonal skills, physical security, personnel security, private security, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service excellence
• Min 5 Year Field Experience
• Experience in Physical Security and Personnel Security
• Knowledge of Private Security practices
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to provide clear and detailed instruction
• Experience in the security industry is a plus
• Certification in security training or related field
• First Aid and CPR certification
