*What Do We Need?*
As our business continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for an *IT Support Engineer* with proven expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and server implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our customer's IT infrastructure while driving innovation across our operations.
What Will You Be Doing?
*Microsoft 365 Administration*
* Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
* Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues
* Ensure appropriate security controls and best-practice configurations are in place
*Server Implementation and Maintenance*
* Deploy, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers
* Carry out regular updates, patching, monitoring, and backups
* Implement and maintain server security measures including antivirus and firewall solutions
*Network and Infrastructure Support*
* Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and connectivity
* Diagnose and resolve issues relating to LAN, WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity
* Maintain accurate technical documentation, including configurations and network diagrams
*On-Site Client Support*
* Provide hands-on IT support at customer sites, including fault diagnosis, installations, and upgrades
* Act as a trusted technical presence for clients during on-site visits
* Support hardware rollouts such as PCs, laptops, networking equipment, and peripherals
*What Do You Need to Be?*
* Proactive, organised, and confident working independently
* A strong problem solver with a practical, hands-on approach
* A team player with excellent communication and customer-facing skills
*What Do We Expect?*
* 2–3 years’ experience in a similar IT support or infrastructure role
* Willingness to travel to and work on client sites as required
* A proactive attitude to learning new technologies and improving ways of working
* Full UK driving licence

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
