Your duties will include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, verifying shipment details, and maintaining accurate records. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics best practices is highly desirable. Safety is our top priority; you will be required to strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Process all outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with freight carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and shipping regulations.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing packages.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely when needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
