Then, nice to meet you!For our department at our branch in Mont-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for an: Executive Assistant (m/f)Your challenges:- Provide support to the Director: manage the agenda, emails, mail, draft project responses and appointments.- Organize and follow up on the department's management meetings: prepare agendas, documents, minutes, and track actions and timelines.- Administer and maintain tools: keep the Intranet, SharePoint, and OneNote up to date, manage related tickets, and provide technical support.- Ensure budgetary support: archiving documents, liaising with Management Control and Finance.- Assist the deputy directors and the department: with transversal tasks, internal reports, and business activities, ideally complemented by experience as an executive assistant.Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.- Proficiency in standard tools, Windows Office.- French speaker, with knowledge of German particularly sought after (C1).- Detail-oriented and flexible, demonstrating a strong sense of confidentiality.- Developed team spirit, with pronounced analytical and synthetic thinking skills.- Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.Our advantages:- 40-hour work week (at 100%).- Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation.- Possibility of monthly coverage for travel expenses if subscribed to social transport, and significant reduction on health insurance.- Internal entry welcome: March 1st or by agreement.- Employment rate: 100%.- Workplace: Mont-sur-Lausanne. jid23f76a6aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
