Your missions: Prepare, install and configure equipment, update inventory and technology. Provide first-level support by identifying and resolving incidents related to workstations, software, and networks. Process requests and ensure the proper functioning of equipment through targeted interventions. Document procedures and solutions to feed a shared knowledge base. Participate in the promotion of good practices regarding the use of digital tools. Profile: French or German language with knowledge of the second language. Schooling completed with good team spirit.
