The Texas Stock Exchange is hiring a Sr Network Engineer in our Dallas, Texas location. We're looking for an experienced engineer that has worked in the trading/exchange space. The ideal candidate has experience supporting/building network infrastructure solutions in low latency environments and has previous start up experience. Required Experience Network automation experience, ideally with one or more of the following: Gluware, Ansible, Netbox/Nautobot, Python Problem-solving expertise in complex, distributed network environments Network design experience (device selection, BOM building, redundancy, etc.) Datacenter work experience (rack and stack, powering and cabling devices, etc.) Low latency experience (in some aspect whether that be on the Exchange side vs HFT side, or comparable environments)
Required Technologies
Unicast Multicast BGP Market Data and Extranets Strong understanding of multi-cloud architectures (Azure + AWS) -Preference for Azure Managing hybrid infrastructure connectivity Continuous packet capture (Corvil, P2D) and analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump)
Desired Technologies
Segment Routing MPLS Palo Alto firewall experience Terraform CI/CD Precision Time Protocol ZTNA - Zscaler, Netskope, Cloudflare, etc

Cant be argumentative Must be willing to work out of the Dallas data center and the Dallas office when needed Team player Can handle context switching Thrives in a fast-moving, mission-critical financial environment
