Job Overview
The
Vice President Data and Analytics
is the strategic and technical architect of our marketing ecosystem. Unlike traditional analytics leaders, this role requires a
heavy technical foundation in Snowflake and SQL . You will lead a high-performing team of Senior Analysts personally overseeing the design of complex data pipelines, stored procedures, and attribution logic that serves as the company's revenue "Source of Truth."

will oversee the development, distribution and utilization of data and metrics to predict, improve and measure the success of fundamental risks to the mortgage servicing operation. As the

heavy technical foundation in Snowflake and SQL . You will lead a high-performing team of Senior Analysts and Engineers, personally overseeing the design of complex data pipelines, stored procedures, and attribution logic that serves as the company's revenue "Source of Truth."
The
VP Data and Analytics
will: Reviewing and approving complex Snowflake and SQL logic and Stored Procedure frameworks to ensure scalability and query efficiency. Deep-diving into SQL code with your Senior Analysts to solve performance bottlenecks . Evaluating the transition from legacy Stored Procedures to
Snowflake Dynamic Tables
to improve data freshness and reduce cost. Evaluate, recommend and implement strategies for developing and utilizing data and metrics to predict, improve and measure the success of fundamental risks to the mortgage servicing operation Provide oversight of Data Mart, which is responsible for the storage and transformation of enterprise information Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values What You'll Bring
SQL & Snowflake Expertise:
You must be highly proficient in
writing and debugging complex SQL
at an enterprise scale. You have a deep understanding of Snowflake-specific features like
Window Functions, CTEs, Flattening (JSON/XML), and Stored Procedure (Javascript or SQL) development . Own the mathematical and technical design of our Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), ensuring the code correctly reflects complex customer touchpoints across digital and offline channels. 5+ Years of Data Leadership:
A track record of leading technical teams where you have personally designed or overseen the construction of large-scale data warehouses. Mortgage or Financial Services Experience:
Ability to navigate the data complexities of the financial sector, including long sales cycles and regulatory data handling. Why You Should Join

Compensation:
Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
