Responsibilities:In close collaboration with product managers, software development teams, and other departments involved in complex or embedded systems:- Maintain and evolve the IT infrastructure- Diagnose technical incidents (software, network) remotely and onsite- Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support- Disseminate technical support materials (written or video)- Participate in the continuous improvement of infrastructure, processes, and tools- Collaborate with various teams to integrate needs into the global infrastructureYour profile:- Bachelor/Master in a relevant field- Experience in similar environments (primarily on-premise)- Mastery of virtualization environments (Proxmox, TrueNAS) and Linux systems- Good knowledge of networks (MikroTik, UniFi) and AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront)- Good knowledge of Docker, Ansible, Terraform, and version control (GitLab)- Familiarity with Windows systems- Proficient in French (spoken/written), good command of professional English- Valid driving licenseYou are:- Capable of understanding, planning, and challenging technical software decisions- Equipped with excellent service-oriented skills and a pedagogical approach- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholdersOur advantages and working conditions:- Opportunities for internal advancement in a growing company- A human-sized team and a start-up spirit in a dynamic scale-up- Up to two days of remote work per week- Quarterly company events- A cutting-edge ecosystem and direct collaboration with our R&D engineers jidd3254aaaen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
