We are on the lookout for an experienced professional to lead our Embedded Programme Management team . In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching while tackling complex technical challenges across various Land, Mobile & Radio (LMR) security initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will help streamline processes, drive security initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of projects within the security domain.

• Oversee the installation process from concept to final handover of all system components.
• Ensure that labor, equipment, and materials are effectively planned and executed by project-assigned installation partners.
• Confirm the procurement and installation of access control wires and cables as specified.
• Manage the inspection, testing, demonstration, and acceptance of equipment, software, and installation.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Ensure project SLAs are met with security systems active by Practical Completion.
• Install approved equipment and any additional client-requested equipment according to project specifications.
• Accurately report on SLAs using agreed tools as per the execution framework and PMO model.
• Create and maintain daily schedules while identifying and tracking project constraints.
• Escalate project issues internally as needed.
• Utilize approved document management systems and tools for reporting.
• Maintain logs for risks, actions, issues, and decisions.

• Strong expertise in LMR technology.
• Experience with radio operations deployment.
• 3–5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Proven track record in project delivery with exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Project management experience in security or radio operations deployment, preferably in a global setting.
• Prince2 or equivalent qualifications.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Experience in a logistics environment.
• Background in construction or architectural projects.
