Experienced Full Time Server

Overview
Asian Cafe is seeking a dedicated Full Time Server to join our dining team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and experience in full service dining environments. This role offers an opportunity to engage with guests, deliver exceptional dining experiences, and work within a dynamic hospitality setting. Prior experience with POS systems such as aldelo POS is preferred, along with familiarity with asian cuisine. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting restaurant staff when needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Serving experience or background working in restaurants is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively
• Experience in upselling, guest services, and hospitality roles demonstrates a commitment to exceptional service
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
