Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Chicago, Illinois. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring their orders are handled with care and efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves.
  • Scan items using handheld devices to track inventory.
  • Package products securely for shipment, ensuring no damage during transit.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Understand and follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status and any issues.
  • Adhere to strict safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Be prepared for tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
