We are recruiting an Order Picker for our warehouse in Provo, Utah. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This position is a cornerstone of our Logistics operations, directly impacting order fulfillment speed and accuracy. You will use RF scanners and pick lists to navigate the warehouse and gather the correct products. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment are crucial. This role involves considerable Walking, Standing, and moderate Lifting. Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus. We are committed to a Safe working environment, and all employees are expected to follow established Safety procedures and wear the required PPE. Your efficiency and accuracy will contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on pick lists or scanner data.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all Safety protocols and procedures diligently.
- Utilize proper Lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Support overall Logistics efficiency.
