We are hiring a Material Handler for our St. Louis, Missouri warehouse. This role is fundamental to our daily Logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement and organization of materials. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, and staging materials as required. Operating material handling equipment safely and effectively is a key component of this job. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety. This position involves significant physical activity, including consistent Lifting, pushing, and pulling of items. Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred. You will work under the guidance of the warehouse supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial for operational efficiency and Safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Ensure all materials are handled and stored appropriately.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines rigorously.
- Utilize proper Lifting techniques to avoid injury.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to overall Logistics efficiency.
