We are hiring a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate for our busy warehouse in Boston, Massachusetts. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming goods and the final check for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our logistics process. Your responsibilities will include receiving, verifying, stocking, and preparing products for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Verify packing slips against purchase orders and record received goods.
  • Accurately stock received items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correct and well-packaged.
  • Create shipping labels and documentation for outgoing shipments.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory levels and shipment status.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with shipping software is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics setting.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
