We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate in Atlanta, Georgia, to be a key player in our order processing and fulfillment operations. This role is critical for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments by applying labels and necessary documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and scanning devices.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
- Adhere to strict protocols regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to inventory management by assisting with cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets and improve logistics processes.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and Safety.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or order picking role is highly desirable. Must be comfortable with frequent Lifting and bending. Basic computer literacy and experience with scanning equipment are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A proactive approach to Safety and adherence to all guidelines are mandatory.
