Join our busy warehouse as a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio! We need hardworking individuals to assist with all aspects of our daily operations. This role is fundamental to our logistics success, involving tasks such as receiving and putting away inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. Adherence to all Safety regulations and the proper use of PPE are mandatory to ensure a secure workplace. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform consistent Lifting, and a keen eye for detail. We foster a team-oriented atmosphere and provide opportunities for learning and development within the logistics field.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming shipments, verify contents, and put away stock.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Assist with inventory management tasks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment as directed.
- Follow all company Safety rules and wear assigned PPE.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Dedication to Safety and following instructions precisely.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a physically demanding role.
