We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Sort and place products in designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues when necessary.
- Understand and follow instructions accurately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of required PPE.
