A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor and hands-on experience using data to drive decisions. This role requires excellent technical skills in analytics tools such as Tableau and SQL, with the ability to independently explore data, generate insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. We are looking for a self-directed, results-oriented individual with a proven track record of execution. The successful candidate is comfortable working in a collaborative environment, open to feedback, and eager to learn. Prior experience in gaming is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: • Blend quantitative analysis with qualitative research on games to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams and external partners • Analyze content performance and engagement data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities that inform strategic insights • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting to track content performance and support portfolio, slate, and investment-related decision-making Key Qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, business operations or related roles • Strong analytical rigor and strategic judgment, with the ability to synthesize insights from data, market context, and external signals and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations • Advanced technical proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Excel, including manipulating large datasets, building and maintaining dashboards, and performing analyses to support data-driven decision-making • Self-motivated and execution-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present data and translate analysis into meaningful insights • Prior mobile gaming industry experience is a plus Type: Contract Duration: 12 months with extension Work Location: Cupertino, CA or Culver City, CA (remote) Pay range: $ 51.00 - $ 66.00 (DOE)
