Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process orders, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience in the showroom. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about our products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Grown sales and customer relationships.
• Handling material. Ability to lift various heavy material.
• Delivering material to jobsites. Operating the delivery truck in a safe manner.

Qualifications:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is also a plus
