Host / Hostess (FT)

The Host/ Hostess @ Abbotswood at Stonehenge will provide exemplary customer service and hospitality to our residents and guests. As a Host/Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting dining experience for all, ensuring that service is delivered with professionalism, dignity, and compassion.

Schedule: Full Time  Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pmPay Rate $17.00/hr

What will I do every day?

• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues, offering assistance as needed to enhance their comfort and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the daily menu and be capable of assisting residents with their inquiries and making appropriate recommendations.
• Assist when requested with all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
• Assist when requested with cleanliness and proper table settings in all dining venues, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere for all.
• Monitor the well-being of residents in a general sense and promptly report any changes in condition to the appropriate associates or departments, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
• Act as a liaison between guests, residents, and kitchen staff, fostering effective communication across all areas for streamlined service delivery.

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

• Must have Food Handler's certification as required
