Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at Spring River Rehabilitation & Care Center. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions within the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws, and supporting our staff in creating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a passion for helping our team provide the highest quality care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees. This includes posting job openings, conducting interviews, assisting with hiring decisions, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new staff members.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement. Act as a liaison between staff and management to maintain a healthy, productive work culture.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure the facility complies with all local, state, and federal employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure timely submission of required documentation (e.g., EEO-1 reports, OSHA records).
• Training & Development: Coordinate ongoing employee training programs, including new hire orientation, mandatory in-service training, and professional development opportunities. Ensure that staff is up to date on certifications, licenses, and other required qualifications.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate
