In this role, you'll be the face of UVL to our clients — both new and existing. You'll identify new sales opportunities, build trusted relationships, and work cross-functionally to deliver top-tier service and logistics solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts
• Research potential clients and markets to uncover new business opportunities
• Represent UVL at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
• Engage in the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, onboarding, and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Deliver presentations and proposals that win business
• Track activity and results in our CRM system
• Set and achieve KPIs and revenue goals in partnership with leadership

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success in business development, ideally in logistics, oil & gas, or transportation
• A hunter mentality with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Based in Beaumont, TX and willing to travel across Texas and Louisiana
• Ability to make rig/field visits as needed
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
