About
Summit HR Partners has been retained by a construction company in the Souderton, PA area to find their next Project Coordinator / Scheduler. The Project Coordinator/Scheduler is responsible for maintenance of the schedule; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.
The Project Coordinator/Scheduler will display professional customer service abilities as our initial contact for the project management team. They will monitor the project workflow, to facilitate and support coordination and communication for the Project Managers, team members, and field personnel. They will be responsible to coordinate, oversee and complete administrative functions as assigned, but not limited to, reviewing, and transmitting regulatory documents, coding, uploading, and reviewing files, tracking, and reconciling all project reports.
Essential Functions
- Work with all team members to schedule Technicians for all projects.
- Coordinate project dates and times with customers.
- Ensure prerequisites have been met before scheduling technicians on projects.
- Assist with project proposals and quotes.
- Work with and coordinate subcontractors on all projects.
- Assist with time sheets and invoicing paperwork.
- Order materials for projects when required.
- Assist with the RMA process to manufacturers.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions with manufacturers and reps.
- Assist in developing documentation processes and practices to optimize team efficiency.
- Assists in building and maintaining user-facing content including order forms, training materials, and information on service offerings.
Required Education & Experience
- College degree or 2 years building/construction scheduling experience preferred.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines.

- Must know how to manage time wisely.
