Pay Scale: Up to $40 per hour plus incentives. Depending On Experience

Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance

Primary Functions:

• Executing quality HVAC installs
• Excellent communication
• Manage project timelines and work scope
• Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized
• Manage all required paperwork pertaining to the installation process
• Explain the system to the homeowner once installed
• Maintain a professional appearance

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Two years of verifiable HVAC install experience required
• EPA certified - or within 90 days of employment
• Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies
• Nate Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
