We are seeking a dedicated Closing Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the closing process for mortgage transactions, ensuring compliance with all regulations and facilitating a smooth experience for clients and external partners. Your expertise in financial services and loan processing will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Review Closing Instructions and prepare Closing Disclosures and ALTA statements
  • Audit loan documents prior to closing to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with borrowers, agents, attorneys, and lenders to schedule and confirm closings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve closing-related issues in collaboration with borrowers and clients
  • Pre-balance files to ensure proper disbursement of funds
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and client requirements through meticulous document preparation
  • Manage and monitor daily reporting dashboards for CD preparation, closings, and disbursements
  • Act as a primary point of contact for borrowers, assisting with questions or concerns throughout the process
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and support ongoing client partnerships
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Atleast 1 year of closing experience is required
  • Title experience is a plus
  • Solid understanding of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closing procedures
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-first mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong team player with a collaborative spirit
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

  • Pay: $18.00-$22.00
